Take Route 93 South. At Braintree - Follow signs for Route 3 South - Cape Cod. Take Exit 18 - Washington Street - Quincy Adams (T). Off exit, stay left - follow signs for (T). Take a left at the first set of lights, immediately after, take another left into Crown Colony Office Park. Follow the main entrance and take the first right - Congress St. (middle building) Visitor parking is to the right of the building. AMF is on the 3rd floor. Turn right after leaving the elevator.
